How it works

Every guest is a photographer. WEBGram does the rest.

The best photos from any event are already being taken — they are just scattered across forty phones and nobody ever collects them. WEBGram fixes that. Guests shoot into one shared gallery, and every image is analysed, enhanced, ranked and packaged automatically. A finished gallery, a highlight video and social-ready exports can be delivered before the night is over.

Six steps from first photo to finished delivery

  1. 1.Create the event

Set up an event in WEBGram with a name, date and theme. The platform generates a short join code and a QR link you can put on a table card, a screen or an invitation.

  2. 2.Guests join and shoot

Guests scan the code and they're in — no app install, no account required. Smart camera guidance helps them get better shots on the phone they're already holding.

  3. 3.Photos are sorted automatically

Each photo is scored for quality, checked for faces, classified by moment type and captioned as it arrives. Uploads and sorting are included — the host funds the event from a token balance, and HD downloads are a small dollar purchase for anyone who wants the full-resolution files.

  4. 4.Find, enhance and curate

Guests use Find Yourself to pull every photo they appear in. The host runs Smart Curation to pick the strongest shots, and one-tap enhancement to polish the ones worth keeping.

  5. 5.Render the highlight reel

Turn the curated set into a real MP4 highlight video with music, transitions and theme-based pacing — ready to play at the venue or send to the client.

  6. 6.Share and deliver

Publish a share link to the gallery, or use Share Studio to export packs already sized for social posts, stories and carousels. Everything is ready the same day.

What the platform actually does

Plain descriptions of each capability, with no marketing inflation.

Instant photo sharing

Every photo lands in a shared live gallery the moment it's uploaded — scored for quality, captioned and sorted automatically, at no extra cost.

Find Yourself

Guests search the gallery for their own face and get back every photo they appear in — no tagging, no scrolling through hundreds of shots.

One-tap photo enhancement

Photo enhancement at your fingertips — one tap corrects exposure, colour and sharpness and stores the polished version alongside the original.

Smart curation

WEBGram picks the strongest shots from the whole event using quality scores and variety, so nobody has to scroll through 400 near-duplicates to find the gems.

Highlight reels

Turn the best moments into a real MP4 highlight video with music, transitions and pacing — ready to share or play at the venue.

Share Studio

Export packs already sized and cropped for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — single posts, story packs, carousels and full event bundles.

Live event galleries

Guests join with a short code or QR scan — no app install, no account needed. Photos appear in the shared gallery as they're taken.

Camera guidance

Smart tips tailored to the phone in the guest's hand and the lighting of the venue, so the photos are better before any processing happens.

Who does what — host vs. guest

Two kinds of people use WEBGram at any event. Here is exactly what each one does.

The host

The person who runs the event — a couple, a party planner or a professional photographer. They set it up and pay for it once.

  • • Creates the event and shares the QR / join code
  • • Loads tokens into the event to cover uploads and processing
  • • Controls processing, moderation, the PIN and who can upload
  • • Runs curation, enhancement, highlight reels and share exports

The guest

Everyone else at the event. No account or app install needed — and they never spend a token of their own.

  • • Scans the code and joins in seconds
  • • Shoots straight into the shared live gallery
  • • Uses “Find Yourself” to pull every photo they’re in
  • • Reacts, chats and downloads their favourites

How tokens work — your wallet and your event pool

This is the one part people find confusing, so here it is in plain terms. There are two token “buckets”.

1. Your wallet

Your personal balance. New accounts start with 50 free tokens. Top it up any time by buying a token pack, or earn more through streaks, referrals and achievements. This is what you buy — it belongs to you, not to any one event.

2. Your event pool

Each event has its own pool. You move tokens from your wallet into the event, and everything that happens there — guest uploads and processing — is paid from that pool. That is why guests are never charged. They join, upload, browse and share for free — the host pays for uploads and processing. HD downloads are a small dollar purchase for everyone.

What one token gets you

Rule of thumb: with processing on, budget about 7 tokens per photo (2 to upload + 5 to analyse). So a 200-photo party runs roughly 1,400 tokens for the full uploaded-and- analysed gallery, before any extras like enhancements or a highlight reel. When you create an event, WEBGram suggests a starter amount based on your guest count.

What it does not do (yet)

Highlight reels are rendered as video without an audio track — there is no licensed music library in the platform today. Event galleries carry WEBGram branding rather than an operator's own logo. Both are on the roadmap, and neither is dressed up as shipped.

Start with a free event

New accounts get 50 tokens free to try everything. You only ever spend tokens on the parts you choose to use — and your guests never spend a thing.
