What is WEBGram?
WEBGram is an AI-powered event photography platform. Guests at an event upload photos from any phone into a shared gallery, and WEBGram automatically analyses each image for quality and faces, writes captions, enhances photos, curates the best of them and renders a highlight video. It is built for weddings, parties, corporate events, festivals and any gathering where the best photos are spread across dozens of phones.
How is WEBGram different from a normal shared photo album?
A shared album is storage. WEBGram is processing. Every photo that lands in a WEBGram event is scored for technical quality, checked for how many people are in it, captioned and classified by moment type. That metadata is what powers face search, automatic curation and highlight reels — none of which a plain shared album can do.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Guests join an event by scanning a QR code or entering a short event code in a browser. It works on any modern phone.
How does Find Yourself work?
Find Yourself runs an AI visual search across an event gallery and returns every photo a given person appears in. Guests do not need to tag anyone and the host does not need to sort photos by person manually.
Can WEBGram make a video from event photos?
Yes. Highlight Reels renders a real MP4 video from the strongest photos of an event, with cross-fade transitions and pacing that follows the theme you pick, plus a poster frame image. Reels are currently rendered without an audio track.
What does WEBGram cost?
WEBGram runs on tokens. New accounts start with 50 free tokens, and token packs are priced in Australian dollars: A$4.99 for 500 tokens, A$9.99 for 1,200 tokens and A$19.99 for 2,500 tokens. Photo analysis and captioning are free on upload; only the heavier AI operations such as enhancement, face search, curation, highlight reels and social export packs consume tokens.
Can I earn tokens without paying?
Yes. Tokens are awarded for daily logins and login streaks, for creating your first event, uploading your first photo, running your first enhancement, inviting guests who join, sharing an event, and for referrals who sign up or make their first purchase.
Can I run a business on WEBGram?
Yes — that is a core use case. Photographers, venues, wedding planners and event companies run WEBGram as their own service: they create the event, invite the client’s guests, let the platform capture and process everything, then deliver a curated gallery, a highlight reel and ready-to-post social packs. The operator pays only for tokens consumed and bills their client directly at whatever rate they choose.
What kind of events does WEBGram suit?
Weddings and receptions, birthday and engagement parties, corporate functions and conferences, festivals and community events, sporting events, school formals, and brand activations — any event where guests are already taking photos on their phones.
Who owns the photos uploaded to WEBGram?
The people who took them. WEBGram processes and stores photos so an event gallery can be built and shared; it does not claim ownership of guest photography.
How fast is the processing?
Analysis and captioning run within seconds of upload. Enhancement is near-immediate. A highlight reel of a dozen or so photos typically renders in about a minute, so a finished gallery and video can be delivered on the night rather than weeks later.
Is WEBGram Australian?
Yes. WEBGram is built in Australia and prices are quoted in Australian dollars, but the platform is available worldwide and works anywhere with a browser.
