For professionals

This is not just an app. It's a business you can run.

Photographers, videographers, venues, wedding planners and event companies use WEBGram as their own capture-and-delivery service. You create the event, the client's guests shoot into it, and the platform handles analysis, curation, enhancement and rendering. You hand over a finished gallery, a highlight reel and social packs — often on the same night — and you invoice your client directly at whatever rate you set.

What you deliver

A gallery nobody had to build

Every guest shoots into one place from their own phone. You get hundreds of angles from the whole night without hiring a second shooter or chasing anyone for their camera roll.

A curated set, not a dump

Smart Curation ranks the entire gallery on quality, faces and moment variety and hands back the shots worth showing. The culling pass that normally eats your Sunday is already done.

A highlight reel the same night

Render a real MP4 highlight video from the curated set with cross-fade transitions and theme-based pacing. Play it at the venue before the guests leave.

Social packs your client will actually post

Share Studio exports posts, story packs, carousels and full event bundles already sized and cropped — which is usually the deliverable clients value most and photographers charge least for.

Project to Screen

Put the whole room on the big screen — and turn every guest into your marketing team.

One click opens a full-HD live wall for any TV, projector or LED screen at the venue. Guest photos appear the instant they're posted, curated and beautifully framed, with a join-QR always on screen. It runs itself all night — no laptop babysitting, no plugging in cameras. This is the single most powerful image-and-reel moment in events: the content is live, it's about the people in the room, and it's impossible to look away from.

The screen recruits shooters

People see their photo hit the wall, and everyone else scans the QR to get theirs up there too. Uploads snowball — you capture far more of the night, from every angle.

Every share is an ad

Guests post their own shots and reels straight from the gallery — each one carries your event and a “find your photos / host your own” link. The party markets itself to the next set of hosts while it's still happening.

The room is your next booking

Every guest at tonight's wedding is a lead for the next one. A branded live wall in front of a hundred people is the cheapest, warmest advertising you will ever run.

How coordinators turn the screen into income

  • Sell it as a premium add-on. A “Live Photo Wall” line item is an easy upsell on every quote — the platform cost to you is only the tokens you choose to spend.
  • More uploads = more to sell. A packed gallery means bigger highlight reels, richer photobooks and more prints and downloads afterwards — all revenue you set the price on.
  • Sponsor-ready. The wall carries your name and brand all night, so venues and sponsors will pay to be part of a screen everyone is watching.
  • Compounding referrals. Shares and QR scans pull guests onto the platform under your events, so each booking seeds the next.

Getting it on the big screen — no tech headache

1 · Open it

Hit Project to Screen

From the event or the live feed, one tap opens the wall and a built-in guide that walks you through casting — with a copy link and a QR of the screen itself.

2 · Get it on the TV

Pick whatever's in the room

Laptop + HDMI cable (works everywhere), Chromecast / AirPlay, or scan the QR on a smart-TV browser. Any one is enough — no app, no account on the TV.

3 · Press play

Start the show

Hit Start the show and it runs itself all night — fullscreen, auto-advancing, celebrating every new upload. Press F, space and arrows if you ever need them.

All you need is any screen with a web browser — a smart TV, a laptop into an HDMI projector, or a media stick — signed in to your host account with the live feed enabled. The most bullet-proof setup at a venue is a laptop and an HDMI cable; the in-app guide covers the wireless options too.

What it costs you per event

There is no subscription and no per-seat licence. You buy tokens and spend them only on the operations you choose to run. Every upload is analysed and captioned automatically — the token cost covers storage, analysis and the full deliverable pipeline in one pool.

At the Studio pack rate of A$99.99 for 15,000 tokens, 6,500 tokens is roughly A$43 of platform cost for the whole event — covering every upload, caption, curation pass, the reel and a full share export. Add individual enhancements at 200 tokens each if you want hero shots polished. These are estimates based on current token prices — your actual spend depends on how many photos you enhance and how large a reel you render. At the Studio rate, one pack covers two full weddings with tokens to spare.

Before you build a business on it

Worth knowing up front, so nothing surprises you in front of a client:

  • You bill your own clients. WEBGram does not sit between you and their money and takes no cut of what you charge. You buy tokens; the client relationship, the invoice and the rate are entirely yours.
  • White Glove removes WEBGram branding. For A$99 per event (US$79 outside Australia), White Glove re-skins the entire guest experience with your own studio name, logo and accent colour. Without it, galleries carry WEBGram branding.
  • Highlight reels have no audio. Video renders without a soundtrack — there is no licensed music library yet. Add your own audio in editing if the client wants it.
  • This complements a shooter, it does not replace one. WEBGram captures the candid, guest-eye half of an event brilliantly. The formal portraits still need you behind a real camera.
